Omar Ceesay
Omar Ceesay (born September 1992 in Njie Kunda ) is a Gambian politician .

The 24-year-old Gambia College student Omar Ceesay stood as a candidate for the Gambia Democratic Congress (GDC) in the Niamina East constituency in the Janjanbureh Administrative Area in the 2017 parliamentary elections , and graduated as a teacher in the same year. With 29.07% he was able to win the constituency ahead of Sanna B. Ceesay (UDP) and Fatou Jai Ceesay (PSOIS). At the age of 24, Ceesay is the youngest member of the National Assembly .
