Omar Zeeshan

Omar Zeeshan (born October 30, 1978 , also transcribed Umer Zeeshan ) is a Pakistani badminton player .

Career

Omar Zeeshan is one of the most important badminton players in Pakistan today. He is one of the few players in the country today who can also boast major international success. In 2004 he won bronze in the men's doubles at the South Asian Games and also silver with the team. In 2006 he was third in the individual at the same event. In 2005 he took part in the Badminton World Championships. In 2005 he was successful in individual national championships.
