On-line data interchange
The On-Line Data Interchange (OLDI) protocol is an application protocol in air traffic control . It is used to coordinate flights when handing over control to airspace borders that are monitored by various air traffic control.
The information required for coordination is exchanged via an OLDI connection between the automation systems and replaces coordination by telephone.
