Onychotillomania

As onychotillomania to the artificial, self-induced by the patient referred destruction of nails (usually on the fingers) and nail plates. It sometimes appears as the only sign of paranoid psychosis . Neuroleptic treatment is recommended therapeutically, local measures are classified as ineffective.
