The Orco Group is an international real estate company based in Luxembourg .

The German subsidiary Orco Germany was founded in 2004 and currently has fixed assets of 1.3 billion euros.

Against the initial resistance of the SPD / PDS majority in the Berlin Senate, the Orco Group and Morgan Stanley took over the state-owned industrial estate company GSG in April 2007 for a purchase price of around 400 million euros .

Orco was taken over by the CPI Property Group in 2016, which has since held over 97% of the shares.
