Administrative order

An administrative order is an administrative act that commands or is a burdensome act , which is issued by a regulatory authority to ward off specific dangers to public safety and order and which requires the addressee to act , tolerate or refrain from acting . An administrative order can also consist of a refusal, restriction or withdrawal ( withdrawal and revocation ) of a legally required regulatory authority permit or certificate.

The concept of the administrative order is defined in the various laws of the police and regulatory law of the individual federal states.
