geography
It is located in the Paysandú department in sector 3 . Orgoroso is located east of Piedras Coloradas and north-northeast of Puntas de Arroyo Negro . The city of Guichón is located a few kilometers to the east .
Infrastructure
Orgoroso is located on both the Ruta 90 and the Salto - Paso de los Toros railway line.
