Oshmare Korçe is a dish from the mountain villages around Korça ( Albania ) that is mainly prepared in the morning. It is similar to Schmarrn , from which it takes its name. Oshmare Korçe is made with cornmeal, brine cheese and butter. The ingredients are fried in a pan and mixed until the mass becomes consistent.
