Osiander sign

The so-called Osiander sign or Osiander's artery sign was named after the German gynecologist Johann Friedrich Osiander (1787–1855). It describes a clearly palpable pulsation at the edge of the cervix in the first and second month of pregnancy . It is one of the signs of pregnancy .
