The three-storey , three-axle , plastered gabled house is originally a hallway house that was redesigned around the middle of the 17th century and received the gable that can still be seen today .
Six slender pillars made of brick have been drawn down to the second floor. They are intersected by two cornices ; the interfaces are shaped like a capital. The stepped tail gable is crowned by a blown top.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 623.
