Electric cast saw

An oscillating saw is a cutting tool primarily used in medicine.

functionality

While normal circular saws constantly rotate around an axis, the blade of an oscillating saw only jerks a few degrees back and forth. This happens at high frequency . This prevents sluggish and soft material from being cut. The saw blade only engages in hard and brittle material.

use

In medicine, bones are usually processed with an oscillating saw during an operation so as not to damage the soft tissue. The saw is also used when removing a plaster cast so as not to damage the skin underneath.
