Otoro (people)
The Otoro live in Sudan in the southeast of the Nuba Mountains in the area of the Otoro Hills and belong to those black African peoples who are summarized under the name " Nuba ".
Their population is around 10,000 (as of 2001), most of which are not Muslims. The Otoro-Nuba language is also called Otoro and belongs to the Heiban subgroup of the Kordofan languages .
