Otto Hezina is a former Austrian section head in the Federal Ministry of Transport .

At least from 1980 to 1984 he was head of the presidential section in the Federal Ministry of Transport.

Otto Hezina holds the academic degree Dr. jur. as well as the official title of Section Head .
