The Pedagogical University Changhua ( Chinese  國立彰化師範大學 , Pinyin Guoli Zhanghua Shifan Daxue , English National Changhua University of Education ) (NCUE) is a 1971 founded research university in Changhua ( Taiwan ).

history

In 1745 there was an educational institution near this university. In 1971 the Taiwan Provincial College of Education was founded with three institutes. In 1980 the name was changed to National Taiwan College of Education , and in 1989 the name was changed again: As the National Changhua University of Education , the university now had three faculties with nine institutes. As a result of further expansion since 2000, there are now seven faculties.
