PICMG 1.3
PICMG backplane with PCI and PCIe slots (PICMG 1.3)
PICMG 1.3 is a specification of the PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group (PICMG) and is also known as SHB Express . SHB Express is a further development of the older PICMG 1.0 standard for slot CPU systems. SHB - or System Host Board - Express, uses the same physical form factor as PICMG 1.0, but the interface from the board to the backplane is PCI Express instead of PCI or ISA . Optionally, a PCI interface can still be used with SHB Express .
