PIK Vrbovec - Mesna Industrija dd (PIK Vrbovec - meat industry AG ) is a company of the meat industry in Vrbovec (Croatia) , which was established on 1 November 1962 by Đuro Predovic. Since 2005 it has belonged to the Agrokor group, one of the largest food companies in Croatia. In 2006, PIK Vrbovec employed around 1,500 people, achieved a turnover of around 135.7 million EUR and was therefore in 86th place in the TOP 500 Croatian companies .
PIK Vrbovec now has around 1700 employees and has been expanding towards Bosnia-Herzegovina since 2009, where PIK Vrbovec BH doo was founded. PIK Vrbovec's products are well-known branded products. The best-known umbrella brands are: piko, mortadela, hrenovke and čajna kobasica.
