PIR center

The PIR Center ( Russian Центр политических исследований России , German Center for Political Studies ) is an independent institution in Moscow for the investigation of international foreign and military policy. It is considered a leading institution of its kind in Russia . It was founded in April 1994 and has around 20 employees. Her tasks include the publication of periodicals and individual publications, particularly in the field of disarmament. The head is Vladimir Orlov.
