PSI Protein Classifier
PSI Protein Classifier is a computer program that summarizes the results of both successive and independent iterations of the PSI- BLAST computer program. An iterative search shows possible evolutionary relationships within protein families and divides them into subfamilies. With PSI Protein Classifier, evolutionary distances between homologous proteins can be determined via the number of iterations.
