Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle

Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle is a US standard for low-emission vehicles that drive 90% less emissions than the average for new vehicles and sometimes produce no emissions. Other standards are ULEV and SULEV as well as AT-PZEV (= Advanced Technology Partial Zero Emission Vehicle). The Toyota Prius II (model 2004) is certified as AT-PZEV.
