Palacio Colón

The Palacio Colón is a building in the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo .

The building, originally known as Grupo Nº 6 Casas Rossell y Rius, was built between 1911 and 1912 and is located in Ciudad Vieja on Calle Cerrito 714-726 between Ciudadela and Juncal streets . The building was built under the direction of Alberto Brignonis . The four-story, 15-meter-high Palacio Colón with a floor area of ​​1693 m² is designed as a residential and commercial apartment building and contains 88 residential units.
