Pallavolo Parma was an Italian men's volleyball club from Parma , which played in the Italian Serie A from 1949 to 2004.

Pallavolo Parma was founded in 1946 as Ferrovieri Parma . After being promoted to Serie A1 in 1949 , they won the Italian championship in 1950 and 1951. In 1954 the company merged with CUS Parma . 1969 Parma was again Italian champions. The most successful period was in the 1980s and early 1990s, when almost all titles were won on a national and international level under the sponsors Santal and Maxicono . The highlights here were the victories in the Champions League in 1984 and 1985 and winning the Club World Cup in 1989. In 2004, the team was withdrawn for economic reasons.
