Anti-tank mine 60

The Panzermine 60 (Pz Mi 60) was an anti-tank mine of the Swiss Army .

It was manufactured by the Poudreries réunies de Belgique under the name PRB M3 and introduced in 1960. It was part of the army until 2001.

The non-metallic mine with dimensions of 23 cm × 23 cm had a pressure detonator with 300 kg of trigger pressure and contained 6.25 kilograms Trialen -105 explosives, which chains could be destroyed by armored vehicles. It could be placed on the ground or buried as a rapid mine barrier. The mine had the ammunition identification number 591-3864.
