Armored car
As armored vehicles originally were armored cars , the forerunner of the military tank called. Today this term is used for both military and civilian armored vehicles. Since there is no exact definition, the use of the term is ambiguous.
Armored cars are now more than armored vehicle , protected vehicle , vehicles on duty German police as special cars , military vehicles for combat as armored cars , wheeled tanks or armored personnel carriers called.
