As parkinsonism , the occurrence of which is actually for Parkinson's disease typical movement disorders rigor , tremor and akinesia as a side effect of medications (particularly neuroleptics ), respectively. A Parkinsonoid is also regularly observed in the so-called neuroleptic malignant syndrome .
