Paxförde describes a former village and forest area in the Colbitz-Letzlinger Heide . It was about two kilometers north of the community of Hillersleben .

history

The farmsteads were demolished in the years 1933–1936 with the establishment of the Hillersleben Army Research Center and the installation of the 29-kilometer-long shooting range to the west, and their residents were forcibly relocated. Since then, the village has been in desolation and has completely disappeared, as have the former village centers of Salchau , Schnöggersburg and Planken.
