Peer Wente (born November 4, 1977 in Nordhorn ) is a former German basketball player . His last station in his professional career was the Licher BasketBears in the 2nd Bundesliga ProB from 2009 to 2011. After that, he only played in the amateur area.

Career

The first stop in Wente's career was VfL Hameln. He then moved to BG 74 Göttingen, where he played in the second division for six years. The next club was USC Heidelberg . Here he also continued his law studies. In 2008 he returned for one season to BG 74 Göttingen, meanwhile the "Veilchen" played in the first division. After just one year and now having completed his studies, he switched to the 2nd Bundesliga ProB in Lich. There Wente played until 2011 and then at BG Biggesee in the 2nd Regionalliga West, where he temporarily acted as a player-coach.
