Perfect Phase was the joint project of the two Dutch DJs and producers Freek Fontijn and Willem Faber .
In 1996 the single Horny Horns was created . After the single was released, it rose to number 21 in the UK singles charts in December 1999. In the Netherlands, it was voted the best club track of 1999.
