Peter Hoffmann (politician, 1953)

Peter Hoffmann (born November 29, 1953 in Dessau ) is a German politician ( PDS ). From 1998 to 2002 he was a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt .

Education and life

Peter Hoffmann finished the Polytechnische Oberschule (POS) in 1970 after the 10th grade and graduated from the technical school in 1982 as an engineer economist. Peter Hoffmann is non-denominational, married and has two children.

politics

Peter Hoffmann was a member of the PDS Dessau City Council from 1996 to June 1999 and from 1990 to 1994 he was a city councilor in Dessau. In the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 2002, he was elected to the state parliament via the state list. In the state parliament he was a member of the committee for housing, urban development and transport. From 1990 he was chairman of the Dessau Association for the Disabled and from 1994 to June 1999 he was chairman of the Dessau Advisory Council for the Disabled, and from 1991 to 1995 he was a representative for the severely disabled at Waggonbau Dessau.
