Peter Kraft

Peter Kraft (born May 9, 1929 in Ratingen ; † January 11, 2003 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life and work

After attending elementary school and business school , he completed an administration apprenticeship. After completing his apprenticeship, he was employed by the Ratingen city administration and the Düsseldorf Regional Labor Court . After training for the senior service, he was employed as a senior judicial officer and executive officer of the LAG Düsseldorf. Since 1945 he was a member of the SPD. He was married and had one child.

From July 24, 1966 to July 25, 1970, Kraft was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was directly elected in constituency 062 Düsseldorf-Mettmann III. He was a member of the district council of the Düsseldorf-Mettmann district from 1960 to 1971. From 1959 to 1970, 1975 to 1977 and 1994 to 2003 he was a member of the city council of Ratingen.

Public offices

From June 26, 1967 to November 30, 1969 he was district administrator of the Düsseldorf-Mettmann district.

Others

On October 30, 1970 he was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon.
