Peppermint break (also: peppermint break ) is a sugar product made from fondant and peppermint oil . The pink and white layered fondant is offered either as whole bars or broken into pieces as broken peppermint . Peppermint fondants are z. Sometimes also made with chocolate icing.

Peppermint fondant is a typical fondant shape and is usually poured into plates using the powder casting process. "Fondants" are known as components of confectionery mixes , they are bite-sized pieces that are attractively decorated and either candied or glazed (colorless or wholly or partially with chocolate ).
