Photios is the name of the following people:

  • Photios I (around 820–891), Patriarch of Constantinople
  • Photios II (1874–1935), Patriarch of Constantinople
  • Photios (stepson of Belisarius) (fl. 6th century), Byzantine military, diplomat, monk and finally abbot of the Nea monastery in Jerusalem.
