Piața Constituției
Piața Constituției (in German: Constitution Square ) is a public square in Bucharest , the capital of Romania . Because of its size and its central location in front of the Parliament Palace, concerts are held here.
The square was built in 1984 as part of the systematisation of the city, in the former historic Arsenal district .
