Picadou

As Picadou a French is cheese designated by the processing of small goat milk -Käsen ( Rocamadour is produced).

The ripe Rocamadour is wrapped in a walnut or plane tree leaf, sprayed with plum brandy and matured in an airtight container. During this time, the brandy permeates the cheese.

Picadou are usually offered from spring to autumn.
