Ping pong missile

The ping-pong rocket was an American reconnaissance rocket which, after taking pictures of the target area , flew back again with the help of a rocket motor in the tip, which generated a thrust in the opposite direction. The ping pong missile was developed by Lockheed in 1964 . However, no series production of this extraordinary missile took place.
