Pingding ( 平定 县 , Píngdìng Xiàn ) is a district that belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture -level city of Yangquan in the Chinese province of Shanxi . Pingding has an area of 1,350 km² and a population of around 320,000. Its main town is the large community of Guanshan (冠 山镇).
