Astronomy Letters
Astronomy Letters is the title of the English edition of the Russian journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics Письма в Астрономический журнал ( Russ. Meaning "letters to the astronomical journal" [: the former, founded in 1924, Soviet journal Astronomitscheski journal ( Астрономический журнал ), so at that time also known as Soviet Astronomy Letters ], German transcription Pisma w Astronomitscheski Schurnal ). The magazine has been published since 1975 and appears monthly. A Russian and an English version are published at the same time. The English version is distributed internationally by Springer .
