Pitkäkari ( Swedish : Långskär ) is an archipelago belonging to Finland in the Baltic Sea south of Helsinki in the Gulf of Finland .

The archipelago belongs to the Aluemeri sub-area of the Ulkosaaret district of the Finnish capital Helsinki. The sea route runs west of Laakapaasi to the port of Helsinki about six kilometers to the north. A little further to the southeast is the Laakapaasi archipelago , to the northwest is the somewhat larger island of Katajaluoto .

The uninhabited island extends from west to east for about 110 meters and from north to south for about 95 meters. It rises only a little above the surface of the water and is largely bare. There is a navigation mark at its northern end .
