Plan de Consolidacion Integral de la Macarena

The Plan de consolidación Integral de la Macarena short PCIM (dt .: Plan for Integral consolidation of the Macarena ) is one of the Colombian government of Álvaro Uribe and the US military developed plan for counterinsurgency . It is directed against the FARC and has been carried out since August 2007 in Serranía de la Macarena , which is controlled by the FARC.
