The Pocky C450-31 mobile phone was available from 1989 for the C network from the German Federal Post Office . It was manufactured by Standard Elektrik Lorenz in Stuttgart.

It was presented at CeBIT in 1988 as a "handheld technophone". As a convenience, it had 98 alphanumeric memory locations for phone numbers, speed dialing , redialing , automatic radio mute, display and charge display. Charging cables and a hands-free kit with a holder for the car were mandatory. The Pocky was operational for eight hours and had a talk time of 30 minutes.
