Police headquarters in Bochum

The Bochum Police Headquarters was built between 1926 and 1929 in the late Expressionist style based on designs by the senior building officer Ludwig Scheibner at the Prussian Building Department in Dortmund . On the outside of the seven-storey corner tower there is a limestone relief with the Prussian eagle by the Düsseldorf sculptor Carl Moritz Schreiner .

In 1993 an extension took place, which is connected to the old building by a two-storey, closed pedestrian bridge.
