Polish Legion
The Polish Legion (s) refers to the following Polish military units in different epochs and countries:
- Polish Legion (French Army) , troops deployed in Milan in 1796 by Jan Henryk Dąbrowski and in Strasbourg in 1798 by General Kniaziewicz with the permission of the French government
- Polish Legion (Portugal) , planned by Józef Bem in 1833 , but failed in the establishment of a union of Poles emigrated from France for the Portuguese King Peter I.
- Polish legions in Hungary , founded by Józef Wysocki during the revolution of 1848/49 in the Austrian Empire
- Polish Legions (1914–1918) , independent formation of the Austro-Hungarian Army
