Polommen is the name of two East Prussian towns that are now part of Poland :

  • Polommen (1938 to 1945: Herzogsmühle ), place in the Oletzko / Treuburg district, since 1945: Połom (Powiat Olecki) in the municipality of Świętajno, Powiat Olecki, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship
  • Polommen , town in the Sensburg district, since 1945: Połom (Powiat Szczycieński) in the municipality of Świętajno, Powiat Szczycieński, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship
