Pourly

The Pourly is a French raw milk cheese made from goat's milk . It is made on the limestone plateaus in Burgundy . It is an extremely mild and light goat cheese with a gray-blue rind that usually matures between two and four weeks. But it can also be eaten after a ripening period of just five days.

Pourly is a seasonal cheese. It is only available in stores from spring to autumn. The fat content is 45% of the dry matter. The cheese wheels have a diameter at the bottom and are slightly conical. A cheese weighs around 250 to 300 grams.
