Predicaments

Prädikamente is the translation of the Greek term kategorein (accuse) into Latin (praedicare). In the Middle Ages it was used to designate the categories of Aristotle . In scholasticism , however, only five predicaments are mentioned: Being, quality, movement, relationship and habitus.
