Pracodawcy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (until 2010: Konfederacja Pracodawców Polskich , English name: Employers of Poland ) is the oldest and largest employers' association in Poland.

The non-governmental organization was founded in 1993 and, according to its own information, today represents around 7,500 companies that provide around 4 million jobs. The association accepts its members directly or through regional or branch-oriented employer organizations belonging to it. In Poland, the umbrella organization is a member of the Trilateral Commission for Social and Economic Affairs ( Trójstronna Komisja do Spraw Społeczno-Gospodarczych ), in which it is represented as a collective bargaining party.

The association cooperates on an international basis with the International Organization of Employers (IOE), for which it organized the annual conference in Poland in September 2004. Representatives of the association work in various institutions at EU level: European Committee on Migrant Workers , European Social Fund Advisory Committee and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work .

The association has been awarding various annual prizes since 2002; these include the “Wektor” and the “Super Wektor” as well as the “Konfederatkis”. The long-time president of the organization is the politician Andrzej Malinowski .
