The Praga S5T was a two-axle, medium-weight , short-hood truck that was manufactured by Avia in Czechoslovakia from 1956 to 1972 . The engine was initially the air-cooled OHV in-line six- cylinder of the Tatra 111 with 7412 cc. He developed 70 kW at 2100 min -1 . In contrast to the V3S, the Praga S5T was designed less for off-road mobility and more as a fast truck. Its top speed was 72 km / h, the gradeability 15%. At around 20 l / 100 km, fuel consumption during operation was considerably more restrained than with the V3S. Later an engine with a displacement of 8100 cm³ was used.
