Practice of voluntary jurisdiction

The practice of voluntary jurisdiction, FGPrax for short , is a German legal journal ( ISSN  0425-1288 ). It has been published bi-monthly by Verlag Beck, Munich, since 1995.

Its predecessor was the magazine Decisions of the Higher Regional Courts in Civil Matters, or OLGZ for short , from 1965 to 1994.
