Prussian Constitution
There were several constitutions in Prussia :
- The Waldeck Charte was a draft constitution from the Prussian National Assembly from 1848 that had not come into force .
- The Prussian Constitution (1848/1850), which was imposed in 1848, was essentially in force until 1918
- The constituent Prussian state assembly passed a new democratic constitution in 1920 .
