Priska Thuring

Priska Thuring is a cook. She was born in Switzerland and grew up in Canada . In Croatia, she is one of the most influential cooks in the country. She was the head chef at the Hotel Lone in Rovinj for eight years .

Life

Her family immigrated to Canada when she was four years old . At the age of 18 she returned to Switzerland to begin her training as a cook at the Dolder Grand in Zurich . It was here that she met her husband Tomislav Greti. She was the head chef at the Hotel Lone in Rovinj for eight years . In 2015, Priska Thuring joined the team at the Dubravkin Put restaurant in Zagreb . The Croatian restaurant guide “Dobri restorani” named Thuring's cuisine in the Dubravkin Put restaurant in 2016 as the best restaurant in the Croatian capital Zagreb and in 2017 as number 2 in Croatia .
