Pro Football Weekly , often abbreviated to PFW , is a sports magazine in the English language founded in the United States . The magazine has been reporting on the American Football League, the National Football League and Fantasy Football, since 1967 . The owner is Pro Football Weekly LLC, headquartered in Riverwoods , Illinois .

There are 30 to 32 issues of Pro Football Weekly annually, one for each NFL game day and monthly for the remaining months. Before the season starts, there are some special editions, for example the draft preview , a help for fantasy football. Football magazine currently has around 40 editors across the country. Each of the 32 NFL teams has its own editor who is based in the team's city.

In addition, a half-hour television program of the same name is broadcast nationwide during the NFL season and reports on the current season. There's also a radio show called Pro Football Weekly & Basketball that talks about football and basketball .
